Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and kept in its original packaging.

Return Shipping

For returns that are not related to a quality issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to a verified quality issue, ANELVIE will cover the return shipping costs.

Please contact ANELVIE and wait for confirmed return instructions before sending any item back.

Return Review

A return request does not by itself confirm that a refund, replacement, or other resolution has been approved. ANELVIE will review the request and the returned item before confirming the available resolution.
